Like Hannah, said get your spices together

For the quickest preparation cook them separately>

Hilib:

1. Add water enought water to pot to cover the meat
2. Let meat boil and add water until to make meat more tender
3. Add some basal, spices etc when the water decreases & meat is ready.

Rice:

1. Add vegetable oil into another pot
2. Let oil heat and add some basal & spices
3. Let simmer for 5-8 min
4. Add rice and stir for another 6 min
5. Add water and let boil
6. Check on rice from time to time to see if it cooked (should be soft)
7. Place in oven (heated) to dehydrate the rice

thats it GOOD LUCK

This is what you do....

Bariis....

Preheat your oven, 350

Take an oninion, dice it and fry it in a pot...
Get tamaandho and babarooni and isku shiid...and add it....
Then get some parsley kamser and garlic, get a tib and mooye isku tun and du kar....
Next get whatever spices you want, Ie Curry,Cumin.Coriander...whatever...add it...
Last had a cpl hail and 1 or two sticks of cimanon (depending on how much rice you are cooking)....
Salt.....
It should be a thick sauce by this time....
Get the bariis wash it and add it......
Next take the biyo from the hilib and ku dar the bariis, it tates better than cooking with just regular water...
Let it come to a boil...then stick it in the oven for like 20 mins...

Hilib...........

Preheat the pan and fry the hilib first by its self until it get's browned...
Next add the tougher Veggies, onnion, babrooni,baradho....and salt
Let that fry for awhile...next add the tomatoes....
Then add whatever spice you want...let it fry for awhile longer....then ka bkahtii...Sorry meant...ka dami nooh..lol

Do you like raisins? If so do this....
Cut an onion, fry it....
Wash some raisons and add it to the pan...
Fry them together for a few minutes and then ka kaad...

Tastes very good..you can eat it with your bariis and hilib...

Easy on the oil and good luck. up
