Woman jailed for giving lover HIV !!!!!

A woman who deliberately infected her lover with HIV has been jailed for more than two-and-a-half years.

Sarah Jane Porter, 43, of Seaton Close, Kennington, south-east London, was sentenced to 32 months after admitting inflicting GBH recklessly.

The court heard that, knowing she had the virus, she had unprotected sex with her 31-year-old lover of two years.

Three more of Porter's partners were traced and tested as part of a year-long investigation.

At Inner London Crown Court on Monday, Porter was told she will serve half her sentence in prison and half on licence.

She was charged after an investigation by Brixton's Community Safety Unit.

How come she didn't get life or death sentence? That was not fair... She killed the guy...

It's not actually a life threatening disease. Hence her partially prison sentence. He should have gotten her tested, He was thinking with hia pants rather then his head. this situation could have been easily avioded.
