They call and ask stupidest question. This lady called the other day asking where the 205.50 came from, I told her she used it on Macy's. She said "OK, thanks" and hung up. Why didn't she just look it up?

I was a fraud represantative. Now, I work for the credit card section. I don't see a difference.
