Samatar, there isn't a guarantee even if you know the person for a long time that the marriage would work. You'd see people who knew each other for a long period of time, before they decided to get hitched, only to end up divorced within 1-3 years.

No matter how much time you spend getting to know a person you can never know what's inside until you open it up. I hope you get my drift.

i'll have u known that most of the non-arranged marraiges fail or are in cumbersome because of lack of understanding one another, it ain't only arranged folks that fall into this trap u know. problem is, u really never know someone untill u live and room with them. intii hore(dating or whatever u wanna call it) been baa la'isku sheegi jidhey dee.
