Sadaam,

Is that Jamaican Restaurant on Blue Hill still open ?

I used to date the chick whose papa owned it.

I remember going down to the Osco Drug in Mission Hill to beef with Faraxs and challenge them to a game of basketball.

Those were the days when Somalis ruled Mission Hill.

Boston was the shiid 1997-1998.

Yep. I remember tremont St very well. The corner of Huntington and Tremont (Brigham Circle) was a busy place. The Osco Drug was right next to Bank Of Boston and across was Duncin Dunuts...and between tremont and St Alphonsus street there was a tremont Pizza shop...lol, I thinki I still owe Danny 3.00$...ahhh the memory lane.

MAd,

Blue Hill is just another street in Beantown. Not pristine to a kid raised in Newton but home to some.

*jr,

They ripped the Calumet Market down. The whole MH area looks white and yuppy.

RIP Mission Hill.

Sadaam,

I heard the wedding was whack. The one the next day was much better.

Yeah, Newton was nice.

Maybe things have changed since I left. But back in the day, Blue Hill Ave had lots of drug dealers and street violence. Much higher proportion of murders than elswhere in the city.

Tight game right now. Colorado is not going to go down quietly. This game still has a long way to go.
