Not that I think its a privalage growing up in Mudug, plenty of Marexaan live there. Infact most Reer Diini live there like Reer Nuur, Reer Siyad, Reer Kooshin, Reer Dalal and I'm not sure about Reer Warsame, Reer Guled Faarax and Reer Shirwac. As far a Marexaan kale, Siyad Hussien, Wagharhdac also live there. Habar Cisse and Celi also live there but live in Hawd too. Infact all these clans except for Reer Siyad who settle both, live exclusively in Mudug not Gedo. Marexaan are by far the most landheer who settle from South Western Eithiopia (Libaan region) to Ogadenia, Hawd, Mudug/Galgudud and back down to Gedo, Kismaayo, NFD all in large numbers.

Even luq great-grandfather is reer-mudug and he is reer-guri since cali-xusseyn and other reer-guri marexaan moved from mudug not long ago. So do not act like you know anything. the funny thing is the only Reer Gedood per se that you corrospond with on this site, is me and Qansa (barely). Warsame, Xoogsade, SDM, Adovocator, Voltage are all Reer Mudug, and don't have origins in Gedo lool...


Also as Sade mentioned my own Great Grandfather, left Mudug when he was 7-8 years old never to return. The majority of Marexaan haven't been in Gedo more than 4 generations max, and you can tell because they still have the central Somalia lahjad. Also those Reer Diini guys you know were raised and grew up in Xamar or their Parents did, like most Reer Diinis in the '70s, '80s, lool...
