If I tell you what I do when I get angry, you will get more angry, so I will keep it to myself, however, what you can do that other ppl do is, you can resort to Tasbeex, and Taxmeed and offer peace and blessings to the noble prophet (SAW)

I suggest that you avoid discussing/talking to anyone when you are angry because you might say/do things that later you might regret. Just talk a walk outside and get some fresh air/ take a shower---whatever you do, avoid that person till you calm down!

Are you angry as well. I am so angry that I feel like attacking someone physically ! That is how feel right now. And to make things worse the person winding me up knows this and is sat right infront of me urrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrggggggggggggggg!
