Well........... am the youngest and the only girl i knw what a double whammy! LOL.........with two older half brothers...... we never really fought or avoided eachother if anything they looked out for me took me to school babysat me while our dad was working....... dnt reallly get to see them much nowadays one is married busy life! and the other is God knows where SUPPOSEDLY studying!!!!!

I only have brothers and they all have different personalities, the scholar aka 'Mr. Prove me wrong' , the jock (the girls be after hime) , the social animal (he knows everyone!) and the hustler( has connections to anything n everything) ....and my personliaty is a combination of their personalities plus a few other traits...theres a bit of them in me....so how can i possibly not get along with myself? lol

But you still had one person to fight with and to share things with... I was all alone and my parents suffocated me with love and too much attention. I was never even belted once... imagine that? As a result I was(well still am) one spoiled brat not that I am complaining but it used to get too much at times... I once washed my shirt when I was 22 and my mother was in tears! I apologised and gave her more laundry.

Somali fathers and daughters huhh... hmmm I don't know is just a special bond that we have. To be honest I can't even start to describe the relationship I have with my father... all I can say is whenever I got afraid and I felt unsafe, that was the only man that I ran to. Ok I am lying I still do run to my Papparino.

You know, communication is a two way street. Your waiting for them to contact you...how do you know something hasnt happend to them? they are equally to blame for the lack of communication as you are. Perhaps its time to let the grudge down and talk to them.

I am a mother and one thing I know is regardless of what a child does, a mother will never stop loving them. So whatever your mother might have said to you, trust me she is in pain each day that she doesn't hear from you.
