Would you please advice me on what you think of this decision. My supervisor whom I have been working so hard for the whole year called me on friday and said I have some weakness on my leadership and He would be discussing it with me during my reviews. I manage a whole department for him which he is forgeting it. I wanna show him tomorrow how much I mean to his business. I wanna call him sick and go to a dr. and get a day off. I haven't called him sick and I would probably know am angry at him but on the other hand he can't do anything about it. No one else can do my job exept him and he has to work his azz off the whole night tomorrow.

do you think it would make him think twice and change the review shit? or it would make things worst

I once had a super lazy supervisor, she would eat Asians sandwiches all day and crack jokes, that being my first job, I worked my ass off and tried my best to get on her good side, this pmsing bytchass wh0re gonna call me to her desk and had the nerve to say "I feel like ur not giving me a 110% here", I was shocked and angry at the same time and lost it right there and then, even though I never returned I learned a valuable lesson, never work hard for someone because ur work ethic may threaten ur superiors.
