4. And after the break down of our last government , they helped form Puntland and made sure that SL remains in legal limbo in its search for recognition.
5. Their most celebrated Sultanate faught against British hegemony on Somali Territory.
6. They had never lost one inch of land to the secessionists and the blue flag is still adhered to like there is real and viable governmt in Mogadisho.
Worst political MISTAKES.
1. They had a big hand in the 1969 coup de tat which braught down the civilian government, after which they made into the second biggest position: The Vice Presidency from 1969-71. To this day, it haunts us all.
