CCL was adopted by a couple of stray cats and raised in an abandoned house. She learned to miaw at the age of three and was fully able to lick her own bottom by the age of six. At first, the other cats where not comfortable around her and would run away whenever she tried to play with kittens her own age. But with time and familiarity they grew to accept her as a member of the feline race. Unlike her other siblings, CCL did not reach puberty at the right age and all male cats looked down on her as some sort of deformed cat. Her adopted parents took her to all sorts of cat doctors but none of them could cure her. In fact, some of the cat doctors considered her a queer case in need of further investigation. They found her twin nipples fascinating and lack of body hair disturbing. One prominent cat scientist even suggested that CCL was a living example of evolution. ‘All cats will end up walking on two legs’ he said.

It was only when CCL was nine years of age and her mother cat kicked her out of the house and told her to go prowling in the neighbourhood that she was found by a passing policeman and passed on to the social services. She kept miawing at them and scratching them every time they got near her and THAT’s how she got her name.
