Sool Region IS Dhulbahante. No doubt about it Siciid. Sanaag is divided between Isaaq, Dhulbahante and Warsangeli. But Gobolka Sool is exclusively Dhulbahante.

Siciid we know because we used to send delegations to Sool during the USP days. So we met the Dhulbahante clan elders, cuqaal, nimanka sharafta leh from the east of Sool to the West. Even if Isaaq is present its not more than 5% of Gobolka Sool. The whole Gobol was created in 1986 for the Dhulbahante clan.
