Nobodys hating Wallahi, but this is just ridiculous. I mean the World is used to hearing Navy at SEA not LAND. I saw absolutey no sort of Naval transportation in those photos and the only sort of transportation I saw was Pickup trucks. Are You gonna fight pirates in Tiknikos?

The landing docks are under construction, the ships are still in Bosaso. Puntland naval equipment has been posted here before and includes no less than a dozen patrol ships, all armed with heavy machine guns and radar equipment. Below is just one example in the mid-sized category, there are smaller units but also much bigger ships. Today was just a ceremony to highlight the ground training for the new officers, to give the contractors a show of confidence.

It's not everyday that we in the diaspora hear of this kind of great development coming out of Somalia and for some innate emotions some of us can't help but speak ill of the few back home that have taken the responsibility to make such great development possible.
