You may laugh but I did have pen pals. A girl from Algeria, one from Pakistan and a middle aged woman from Germany who sent me her photo but never replied to me again when I asked her (under extereme pressure from my mates of course) to send me a photo in her bikini. :mrgreen:

Having read the opinions expressed on the thread about Saudi women, I would like to strongly declare (STRONGLY I say) that at no point in my life did I live, work or study in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Certainly not when I were a child and have not provided a group of scheming old men with any tea or refreshments of any kind.

(SNM was formed in Saudi Arabia). :mrgreen:

Talking of the Falklands war. You know, when you think back on such things you truly realise how old you became. I mean I saw the fall of the Berlin Wall live on TV, I saw Diana getting married (also live on TV) and watched a seventeen year old Boris Beker win Wimbeldon (again, live on TV).

(wont be surprised if some start scratching their heads and asking "was TV invented that long ago?). :mrgreen:
