Re: New Political Parties
I have mentioned this before, this is just to ensure that Kulmiye wins another term. There have been great divisions in all parties but not greather than that in UDUB and UCID. I can guarrantee you that atleast 3 UDUB members will try to start their own party causing even more disunity. Wait and see.
Re: New Political Parties
As long as those members are not Habar Yonis it wont make a difference.

dalki imika ayunba laga baxaya busaaradii.
i remmeber berigi doorashadi wakilada maalinba xisbi baa leh cuntada qaadka iyo wax walba shidaalkaaga.
xisbiga Kulmiye wuxu noqonaya xisbiga kasoo hoosbaxa xisbiyo badan bal car arka....
Even if udub is divided into lets say 3 still they can survive BUT NOT KULMIYE
Re: New Political Parties
The problem with more political parties is that we could end up less than 20% of the electoral voting for the governing party - the other 80% voting for other parties. some voters will then feel that their vote are not counted and why would they bother to vote next time and then that will create low turnouts and unhealthy democracy.
Remember the majority of voters in June 2010 Somaliland General Election did not vote for the Kulmiye party 49.59% where 50.41% have voted for other parties like UDUB 33.23% and UCID 17.18%
sad but true that we live in a world where the winner takes ALL
