First of all faroole has NEVER said he will not come to MOgadishu after mahiga told him the truth.
Secondly faroole had close door meeting with abdiweli and therefore Asked abdiweli to bring sharif to garowe so that they can speak face to face. PLUS its a great political move to show to the puntlanders that "hey i might have lost the reconciliation locatn, but im no loser look sharif is coming to me for a meeting"
