Well said sis. Somalis are fighting over a barren bit of dirt and muddy ponds they call ceelo, meanwhile the rest of the world is building space stations in the sky and making computers, cars, smart-phones. What have somalis contributed to the advancement of human-kind? SMH.

Does it eat you inside that an IDP in bosaso makes more than an 'ethnic Hargeisawi' in his hometown Hargeisa LOL
Without realising you gave the reasons why Bosaso is more successful than Berbera. I mentioned your strongest points and our strongest point, no need to get emotional
I've noticed you guys have a penchant for unwarranted faan and getting facts out of your arses. Nobody is getting emotional, I just don't like lies. I think you should get back to your phantom oil projects and pirate money-laundering and leave Berbera's business to us.

Alright, you win. You are the economic powerhouses of the world's poorest country.
Remind me, what is it you produce again?

Re: Somaliland and the international community
lol@the same unhcr that claimed "Darood" tends to support Kulmiye while Dir supported UDUB and UCID. Like wtf.

and the Darood clan tends to support Kulmiye.![]()
Somaliland's constitution allows for a maximum of three political parties, and parties defined by region or clan are technically prohibited. Nevertheless, party and clan affiliations tend to coincide: the UDUB is identified with a subclan of the Dir clan; the UCID is largely supported by members of other Dir sub-clans; and the Darood clan tends to support Kulmiye..

LOL@ the change of heart displayed by Abdi Ismail. Werent you yourself acting as the powerhouse of the poorest country?
From this
Siciid,
Arent there daroods in SL? Isnt Xaabsade, a darood man, a part of the administration of Silaanyo, the Kulmiye leader

Lol@ comparing Hargeisa to Bosaso in gdp per capita. Waryaa, get out of here son. Hargeisa has a much bigger population and has a more diverse population. A large number being IDPs from the south. Bosaso port is used because itisn't plagued by corruption and bureaucracy like Berbera. But even then I guarantee you Berbera sees more more business than Bosaso.

Re: Somaliland and the international community
Xaabsade is a one man and he wasn't part of Kulmiye but he joined later the cabinet when it was formed. So it doesn't make sense to say Daroods tend to support Kulmiye when they didn't even produce more than 5k votes, the Gadabursi of Lughaya district produced more votes for Kulmiye than the whole Darood put together. Hence it shows UNCHR is not much of a reliable source.

You're trying to discredit the source with nonsense. You just said that the daroods gave thousands of votes to Kulmiye

Re: Somaliland and the international community
In Somaliland you flash your tits and cawrah to international community, then they get UNICEF or other agencies setting up buildings facilites and health care or whatever to the people of Somaliland want. This clearly shows us the reason why, the IDP's in Puntland earn more cash than the average Somalilander, because in Puntland people their are genuinely progressing.
Look at Berbera port, which was the second best built port in Somalia by Siad Barre government and compare it to Bosaaso an average built port by Siyaad Barre government. The irony is that the average port is the busiest and wealthies port in North Somalia.
I wonder if Somaliland was in a warzone like South Somalia, would they be able to survive like the people of South Somalia or will they be feasting from their own shit?
I advice the Somalilanders to grasps their peace and do not let it go, otherwise wallahi your whole langaab tribe will become endangered.
viva Sanbuur people of Somaliland

Re: Somaliland and the international community
They also supported UCID and UDUB so why did it not mention that? instead of trying to imply that the Daroods only supported Kulmiye , when infact majority of the votes for Kulmiye, UCID and significant percentage of UDUB came from the various Isaaq sub clans. Rubbish source i say.

Re: Somaliland and the international community
Haye now you're admitting that the majority of them supported Kulmiye, you're slowly agreeing with the source. Are you blaming the source for not mentioning how the daroods distributed their votes and not going into specifics. Eventhough they didnt go into specifics, their general statements were spot on and you agreed with it

I was going to quote Mand33q then I saw you already had. Dadkeenu waxay isku haystaan tuuladaa sadexda buul ku yaalaan anaa leh iyo maye anaa leh. INtay ayagu isku mashquulsanaayeen, marna ajanebi isusoo kaxaysanayeen, ayaa dhankastaba iyo sikastaba loo dhaafay.
