I've asked Twisted_Logic to help me and thankfully he has given me good advice on my personal statement for grad school.

I want a 2nd opinion. Anyone here major in English or Technical writing?

its just a statement of goals, research objectives, why you're applying to our school.. stuff like that

I was watching CBS 60 minutes a few days ago and it had a piece on UMBC and its president Freeman A. Hrabowski, III ( an African American). He was very inspirational.

there r more write offs than writers here but, there r few decent writers including my good newbie self. U ain't getting help with your homework though
