hey guys, i have noticed many somalilanders in the somaliland section say that the 'majority' of dhulbahante/warsangeli support somaliland and that all this ssc rebel stuff is just empty threats from qurbaha. can you guys clear this issue for me? who is the highest authority of the harti in waqooyi that speaks for the clans and what did he say about somaliland?
