Adali, Puntland doesn't care what happens in Moqdisho, It cares what happens in Jubbaland( which is the sister of Puntland). The fact that PM Abdiwali is the first Marehan to realize this is well received in Puntland. Puntland doesn't put their fate under Moqdisho.
