Good,
I applaud your political maneuvering but have you given it thought that it is possible to secure the borders or instigate a voter registration scheme that utilises fingerprints. Moreover, Wardheer Woreda has a population of 306,000 according to the inflated statistics of the most recent Ethiopian census so stop the faan. Horn countries are known for inaccurate statistics due to the nomadic state of large parts of their populations.
Why am I even arguing with you? Why can't we Somalis not put our differences apart and focus our tribal energies on reclaiming our occupied territories in Kilil 5 and NFD.
Wardheer has over 400,000 people by now, it had 360,000 in 2008.
Afdheer has a population of 700,000
Godey has a population of 600,000
Garissa has a population of 730,000
We would only need to set up one polling station on the border in Dhobley, one in Yeed, one in Goldogob and one in Cabudwaaq. All on the border, so that Darood geeljires can come and vote without even going too far from home.
According to the Somali constitution, everyone who speaks Somali is a Somali citizen by default.
This would be very easy to pull off, all that Darood would have to do is form the "Party for a Federal Somalia", and have all of those voters vote for it.This is why a popular vote will never happen in Somalia, Darood would win every single election. We may even outnumber D&M in Bakool in terms of votes cast
