"Bad things happen when good people do nothing."

"All that is necessary for evil to succeed is for good men to do nothing".

How accurate are these quotes? Can it be applied to our situation in Somalia? Are the "good" Somalis silent or, are they in the minority? Can you love your clan and campaign for tolerance and unity among all tribes? What happens when nomads have skirmishes, or your leader makes accusations and threats of violence against other clans, would you call for patience or join your leaders call for calamity?
