I still think most of you are jumping into conclusions. There was no house on this Land prior to 1984 and it was a qashiin gub area where the neighborhood dumped their trash so what I want to know how in the world do these women have papers that shows a house that built in 1963?

Cuqdad beel, I see issues with the documents on both sides and unlike you who hails from mugdi mudug and has no idea about Xamar, my family house is right across the street. Fact is prior to 1984 there was no house built on that site.

Because Mooryaan have no shame! Wa indha adeyg. Tell me how these people allowed this old man to build a house on this land if they owned it and am not talking about these two ladies who bought it in 2014 am talking about all the previous owners especially the ones after the Italian guy. Why did they allow this man to build on and live on the land and where is the mysterious cadcad man why isn't he saying he sold the house to the ladies? This story does not make any sense it's got dodgy written all over it and I am fair so I would say all parties shouldn't get the house.FarhanYare wrote:Ma tiri. Re: RE: Nin gurigiisa laga dhacay Part 4
Gudiga Dhulalka already awarded the house to the two qurbojoog ladies. I saw it on TV last night. Anyway the guy from Gudiga Dhulalka was so biased towards the two ladies in the interview he gave that actually came across as a lawyer/spokes person for them. Now I am wondering why Ilka Xanaf ruled the old man to keep the house and why that was overturned. Anyway I look forward to the next chapter of this story. It has been really interesting.

As I said there is something missing on both sides and that's why I said people should not jump into conclusions favoring either side. There are things we all don't know going on. All I know and that is a fact the entire neighborhood knows is that prior to 1984 there was no house on this plot. The place was a trash pin and next thing this man Bulxaan came and built what ever structure is standing there. At the beginning I thought the two women were saying the land was empty and they bought it legally but here we see, they are actually themselves claiming there was a house on the plot where there never was.FarhanYare wrote:Ma tiri. I think the root of the problem is the house itself, not the land. If you can find out who built the house and when - that will solve the problem.

According to the National Housing Act Act of February 1,1991, abandoned properties were given to the displaced revolutionary citizens. It was passed by a vote of 99 to 1 by the Central Committee for the Liberation of Somalia.
I am disappointed in HSM for rolling back tax reforms and housing programs.

February 1,1991 should be made a compulsory national holiday and street parades and marches organised where dusty feet geeljirees March from central Somalia to Muqadisho enter every house in the city and pretend that their own them.
I just can't think of what to name it!.
Any ideas??

Waxa laysku haysto ma aadan fahmin. Waa dhulka not guryaha. It was qashin qub but dhulka dadbaa lasiiyay 1960. If your plot is empty, it will be qashin qub.Its still your plot. Ninkaan booska oo aan guri kadhisnayn ayuu iska dhistay 1983 but Plot has always had owners. Faadumo Naasir ayaa plot leheed marka odaygaan dhisanaayay. She was scared of asking him to leave because he was the president's driver. Who dared asking nin reer siyaad ah to move or turn. He could have had her executed over night. She did the right thing by hiding her documents till justice came.Osob101 wrote:As I said there is something missing on both sides and that's why I said people should not jump into conclusions favoring either side. From all the houses that were occupied how many were returned to the rightful owners?
And between ceyr and abgaal or other hawiye sub clans which ones are the easiest to deal with?
