Similarly, blacks live mostly in black neighborhoods so the victims of most black crimes will naturally mostly be other blacks.

Imagine black on black crime being brought up to justify the murder of unarmed black men everytime. White cop shoots a teenage boy reaching for his wallet, the automatic defense is "what about black on black crime?". What kind of logic is that.
