Cambuulo aka beans isn't really indigenous to Somalis only. Latinos/Mexicans/Americans eat it far more than Somalis.

Bariis/Baasto /Soor/Canjeero/Xalwad/Sambuus are only few foods I can think of.

Somalis are also probably one of few people that eat way too much meat. Hilib would probably be Somalia's stable diet.

But the way Cambuulo, how it is actually served as a dish is Somali, it isn't just beans with it.

Also, how is Cambuulo not Somali but Bariis and baasto is? You think we were walking around as nomads boiling spaghetti? :pac:

The way Somalis make Cambuulo is probably the worst i have seen. Too much oil and sugar, not enough flavors like Latinos.

Only time i eat beans is when I am having a Burrito in Chipotle.

True. There is extremely too much sugar in our diet, we literally put it in everything!
