if you guys would allow my intake on all this hartinimo, since im an outsider but with an extensive relationship on both sides of Mj and Dhulbahante (abti mj, wife dhulbahante) and having also lived in Garowe (1st auguste and injika) for 2 years, here is my two cents on the matter;

Dhulos have a legit concerns on questioning the hartinimo, especially when mjs abuse it for their own benefits, how can mj say that puntland belongs to all hartis but deny them of highest office, who can remember the famous quote of cadde muuse xirsi ''ina gumaad'', when he called the only single dhullo presidential candidate (in 2005, btw the man pulled out from the race due the racism he received from the fellow mj's candidates) ina gumaad and how he dared to stand at the same platform as amongst other mjs candidates,...anyway mjs need to start to make puntland an all inclusive, and not just everything YES but NO presidential role for others except mjs doesnt make puntland harti.

As for Dhullo, puntland is and should always be your state, puntland is just sick now (and i hope someone will come and treat it sooner, before its too late), regardless of how somaliland treats you now its all a charade to fool you into fighting your harti brothers off and join them isaaqs, eneough said, just read (below) their manifesto plan on how they will deal with your darood ass once somaliland succeeds in taking sool and sanaag and leaves Somalia, genocide pure genocide
