The fake Italian Somalia excuse is not even valid cuz the eastern part of the Juba river was part of British East Africa/British Somaliland.
Having reached an understanding with Premier MacDonald of Britain on the subject of a cession by Britain to Italy of Jubaland, Premier Benito sent experts to London to settle the precise terms of the agreement.
Jubaland is part of British East Africa and, according to the terms of the Treaty of London (1915), under which Italy agreed to enter the War on the side of the Allies, Britain and France agreed to compensate Italy should they extend their territorial interests on the African continent.

At the Paris Peace Conference, Lord Milner offered to cede part...

There was no such thing as we were a separate country, you were a British Protectrate just like Jubbaland who the British gave to the Italians for joining the allies in the war and they would have given the Northern British somaliland to the Italians if it wasn't for its strategic coast on the gulf of Aden ( to counter French monopoly in the red sea via French Afar and Ciise Somaliland) and anytime you guys would have been part of the newly created country of Somalia which was created after the Italians and the British were told by the United Nations to merge both of the territories together so they could form the country we call today Somalia.

You say we had a government but, sorry every territory had some type of a governance like ministries and courts to serve the territory's citizens.

Again come back with a legit arguement cuz there was no such thing as Somalia and Somaliland being separate countries, Somalia was formed after the British and Italians were told to merge the territories.

who made it legal? you or the europeans?
before the europeans came, all major clans had their own sovereignty.
the colonial boundaries didn't exist before the arrival of the european imperialists.
so tell me again, what's your fuss all about? :?
Do you even know what me and Yalaxow were discussing? From your post it doesn't seem like it.

Nonsense..

British East Africa and British Somaliland were two different entities. When Somaliland republic gained independence on June 26 - 1960, the countries that made up British East Africa were still ruled by Great Britain. Somaliland gaining independence made it a legit and sovereign nation.

Your arguments have no consistency .

Btw Somalia is a colonial name given to you by the Italians. The republic that was created on July 1 - 1960 when the two countries merged through an illegal union, was called Somali republic and not Somalia.

Again come with a legit arguement cuz there was no Somalia before 1960. Somalia came after the British and the italians agreed to merge both colonial territories to form Somalia.

And What do you mean by two different entities because both were under British rule?

I really don't give a fock if you leave with your triangle state but don't lie about history.

Somalia existed before 1960, Somalia Italiana that is and if you didn't know Somalia is a reference to the Italian colony. The British and the Italians didn't agree to merge any territories and for arguments sake, If both entities were under British rule why do Great Britian need Italy's concession wether the two territories should merge or not?

It was Somaliland and her people that gave up their independence and sovereignty for a noble cause only to be backstabbed by conniving filth.

By both entities you do know am refering to Italian Somaliland and British Somaliland and yes both the british and italians were told to merge the two territories because they were controlled by Britain and Italy.

The merging of the two territories was a move by the colonials and the United Nations it had nothing to do with British subjects. If you had a say the the part of the Hawd you live would not have been given to Ethiopia. All you had to do was node your head.

Again there was no Somalia before 1960 there were only somali territories occupied by foreigners and before that every somali clan and territory had their own sultanets and boqortooyo.

The colonialists did not tell any of the entities to merge and if that was their agenda they would atleast make it a condition for independence but they didn't. That disproves your nonsense. Somaliland was a sovereign nation for 4 days and our people had the freedom to do what they want and unfortunately they chose a union with Somalia.

Again you just disproved yourself, if they (Somaliland & Somalia) were controlled by Great Britain and Italy, what does that make them?

The answer is; two different entities.

Hawd was ceded to Ethiopia when Somaliland was still a protectorate and controlled by Britain. We're discussing Somaliland and her will after independence.

You still can't accept reality, Somalia is a name given to you by the Italian colonialists thus Somalia as a term and territory existed before 1960. Let's dissect the name, Somalia Italiana, the a in Somalia is a latin suffix denoting land. You have Italia which means the land of the young cattle. Africa, the land of the Ifrik (A Berber tribe that had contact with the Romans). India, the land of the indus (river) etc.

Somaliland was not sovereign nation for 4 days actually 26 june 1960 was the day the name( Somaliland) was buried. 26 june 1960 was the day which SOMALI REPUBLIC was born whit the Blue flag which we now today..
South Somaliya had intrim goverment from 1950 to 1960 and the Blue flag was in use already in South 10 years. and it was known that South and North will be United in one country Before 26 june 1960.

actually South Somalia and North Somalia was United under one goverment British from 1942 until 1955. in that Time unionist Somaliweyn party called SYL was born which wanted to keep Somaliya United and look after other somalis missing

Waryaa walaahi funny that you claime that name Somali is invented by Italians   listen man THE NAME (SOMALI) existed Before the name(Italian) and we just added (A) Somali(a) . xarafka (A) talyaani ma soo fikirin unlike the English Word(LAND).. many countries in the World has the last XARAF as( A) So its natural to add your natinalty whichs in this case(SOMALI) whit (A)... UNLIKE you . you took whole ENGLISH Word whichs( LAND) =(dhul) whit your original nationalty(Somali) so your name unfortuatly is forignier one and a nationalty called (SOMALI(LANDER) NEVER EXISTED Before White man come in SOMALIYA..
