Western family courts favor women, I think if the mother is given full custudy there should be no expectation on the father to pay child support. Why pay money to some kid you will barely see, who will more than likely hate you. Fock that

damn that's a tough situation, but sending him back home was the right call.

what the hell can a 15 year old do for a kid? the kid will more than likely be raised by he's mother and will become gaal either way.

Your friend is sending 10% of his income per child. Thats how much he would be paying whether he was with the mother or not. In a way he has it easy since all he has to do is send a payment every month and skip out all the easy stuff like....

cleaning,cooking, changing pampers, wiping nose, cleaning up vomit, soothing a screaming child sick with fever, not being able to have a single moment to yourself(not even to take a sh!t) because there is a crying kid knocking on the bathroom door asking for something agian..................................................................................

If only that were the case. Most women get full custody because the fathers never put up much of a fight in the first place. When there is shared custody the child still spends about 80% of its time with the mother with an occasional visit from the father.
