Cajiiiib, waxa aad ii sheegtaa meesha deegaanka hawd ama reserve area uu historically isticmaar waligii ugu yeedhay ogaadenia?, waxa aad ii sheegta meesha jigjiga region waligeed ogadenia loogu yeedhay? ta ugu qosolka badan waxa weeyi markaan maqlo dad gobolka shiniile oo jabuuti iyo eletariya aktiisa ah ku leh waa ogaadia .
ma igaaba yaqaana ogaadeenkan iyo waxan aad ka hadlaysid bari dhawayd ayayba maqleen inuu qabiil somalaliyeed oo ogaadeen la yidhaa jiro.

walahi i would have supported the struggle if it was qabiil free, all they have done is to lebell a clan name on the whole region and then burn civilian trucks working in the region qabyaalad darteed. about caalamka, a mere name would not change the opion of the world, it won't make any difference to the world wether u call yoursef ogadenia or somali galbeed, cagdheeria or idooria. clan name would only acheive to devide people of the region which serves well with Males.

i have always suspected that the ONLF leadership is in bed with Meles and doing his dirty job which is to create a very low level insurgency in the somali region, insurgency which not hurting ethiopia but intended to keep the region undeveloped, disunited, poor and uneducated si aan gobolku waligii xoriyad u helin. Look how ONLF coveniently joined the governmet just after Ethio_Eritrean war erupted and all of a sudden bussy recruiting local boys to defend ethiopia while they were previouly claiming to be fighting against ethipian oppresion and wanted an independence.

Samatar the land was always referred as the Ogaden Country you can find it in several Colonial Books written by the Colonialists the hawd and reserve area was introduced some where in the 1900s much later by the brits but before it was called the Ogaden Country read the book of swayne seventeen trips through Somaliland it was written in the late 1800s The Brits Administrated the jigjgia zone much of the dhagaxbuur region and Wardheer Zone and Menilik was running the rest, later the Brits handed over the entire region to Haille sellesies Administration. Stop being so foolish wikileaks cable showed that Melez zanawi was accusing the US state department supporting the onlf and that senior US officials had talks with ONLF leaders the man Melez zanawi is terrified. No onlf joined the Ethiopian government other than some former individuals who were sacked by the onlf and became angry and wanted to become new stooges but they are not onlf since when bu qof aan xil ka hayn onlf noqda oo Jabhad dhan matala wa wax aan caqliga galayn dadkan halkay ku noolyihin xita hadaad tidhahdid magac baan diidaya dee magac adba keenso oo ku dagaalaan ya ka horjooga?

emperior sxb Melez zenawi is blowing smoke in this wikleak case, the guy is smart you know that. about the whole somali region being historically always called ogaden, ma rabo imika inaan kugula murmo waxaanan boqolkiiba boqol hubin but the idea that Shiliile region was part of historic ogaden seem helarious to me, anyway i am not sure about itand will look more evidence.

Bal su'ashan iiga jawaab, maxay ONLF tu uga faa'idaysan waayeen fursadii ugu qaalisanayd ee abid soo marta, the most vulnerable time of ethiopia markay Eritrea la dagaalamayeen, hadi waxay sheegtaan dhab ka tahay, bal maxay dhabarka ugu toogan waayeen ooy ethiopia ugu khasbi waayeen inay heshiis dhab ah la gasho oo ku saabsan in dadka afti laga qaado? waligaa maad maqashay intii dagaalkaa ethiopia iyo eritrea socday tiiyoo la leeyahay ONLF ayaa hal warna ilaahay ha dhigee ethiopia weerar ku qaaday? actually ciidan ethiopian ahiba deegaanka muu joogin xadka eritrea ayaa la wada geeyay, wadadan ka si dhib yar ayay u xorayn kari lahaayeen hadii ay run ka tahay waxay sheegtaan. all we remember is ONLF led government led by maxamed macalin recruiting somali fighers for ethiopia.
