I have heard of specific examples.

There was one family who lived in Tottenham. 3 Jamaicans men took over their house and kept the son captive, using him as a drug mule (they forced him to hide drugs in his rectum) and used to burn him with cigarettes. His mother phoned police after a month and they were evicted.
