It's sad because nowadays in the West, the dhoqoon parents are the ones who have the most children. While the intelligent, hard-working parents usually only have 1 or 2 kids. This goes for Whites and Blacks. Somalis and non-Somalis.

And it's a problem that needs to be fixed.
