@Tuushi - when things are said in theory vs when you're immersed in it, it has different effects, maybe explains some of the things I write. It's a huge problem, even pets like cats & dogs have seen huge spikes in cancers over the last 2 or 3 decades, mostly because of the subpar & chemical filled foods they're fed. Anyway, if you have Netflix, watch "Food Inc" and "Food Matters" I'm sure it'll put some of these things in to context for you. There's so much money involved and at stake, it's not even funny. Where the average person with a conscience sees a system that has gone horribly wrong, these giant agricorps see $$$ and with powerful lobby groups, they're able to sell the public foods known to contain carcogenics and that kill people, and it is all legal.

Do you know how much food stamp a mother of 6+ children is getting from tax payer money? ...yeah How about prioritizing and maybe maybe considering birth control!!!Anarchist wrote:True. But, what about when you're a mother with 6 school age children and 1 or 2 toddlers, not to mention with limited resources and know cafeteria lunch is free for low-income families?Ismahan123 wrote:Prepare their food at home and let them eat home cooked meals instead of the crappy school cafeteria food. That way you know exactly what your child is consuming. Also, if you did decided to let them eat school food, get the monthly calender from school so you know what is being served.
From a non economics perspective, it is even so wrong to be having so many kids that are so close in age because there is no way you can nurture and provide for their developmental needs appropriately.
