easy , not 5 and 6 habar awal ministers and directors and not also 5 and 6 habar jeclo ministers and directors. It doesn't take a genius to be fair. You are deliberately avoiding the obvious monopolizing power by so called Jeegaanta.

problem with landers is they think government seats are spoils of war, everyone want his share to enjoy.

we have to change that mentality, government should provide services and put the best man on the job regardless of his race,color..etc.

one ever there is a new gov or a new reshufle everyone ask about the qabil of the new appointed minsters and their loyality to statehood change based on that.

we need to find a balance between quality and fair representation of the SL demography.

if u waiting from a politician or sultaan or guurti to give u what u demand, then u r wrong.

there must be a civic movement to change our electoral system.

the main problem is the public, they are the ones who are rooting for their sub sub sub sub clan members to become siyaasi and give their votes to the next of kin.

politicians only service what the public demand.

SL has gone a long way learning democracy and chosing their leaders through the ballot box, but less is done on educating the public how to select their candidates or even question them after they got a seat in the municipality,parliament or political parties.

the most corrupt layer in our political system are the tribal leaders, who make deals with politicans to bring their clan votes in return of minister seats of projects.

people need to learn the power of their votes and how that can affect their future.
