Look brother, there is a time that every human being is your closest kin. And there are times when every black person is like your cousin--because of rskin color. And there are times when all Africans are your brothers and sisters. There are also times when you don't care the Somali person which clan he/she is belong to. I live in Western world where my co-workers don't really care or don't know which country I am from. All it matters to them is I am poor African who came from hell-forsaken place in Africa. In this contex, I represent Africans, Ethnic people and Muslims. Believe or not a Jew from Israel feels my closest kin sometimes. It is because he knows Islamic culture and can relate me when it comes to food. For instance, the other day, that jew, who is co-worker, suggested middle eastern food when are wondering where we would eat-out as a team. And then pick up Turkish restaurant and was helping everyone what to order from menu.

Why I am telling you all that?. It is because clan is not big deal to me. All Somalia is one family. I agree with about force is not the way to go. However, there are times when there is no other way. In Somalia's cause, I do believe force is the ONLY way to pacify these destructive elements.

And by the way do you ever take international relation or political sciense class?.

I believe you and I belong to different school of thoughts. You are idealist--liberal and I am conservative--might is right school of thought.

I do believe some of the human beings are not born to reason. Instead all they understand is fear. It was the philosopher of war Micheaveli who coined "To be feared is better and practical to be loved" in his classic book "the prince".

Believe me if there is no police who uses brutal force in USA, single day all hell would have been broke loose!.

And most Somalis don't reason. They do fear!. forget all these human rights, being nice and being humane. We need to plant Somali trouble makers' hear in fear. It is known to Somali culture that unless clan is defeated this clan doesn't take peace initiatives. We are a point of finger pointing and pacifying all of these are in the way to peace. We have been looking the other way and it takes toll on us. It is time to call spade a spade.

After we reach fully functioning peace, that is when we need to relax and care a lot about human rights since there are no armed gangs running around killing law enforcement and innocent people.

No sxb i have had only 10 yrs of formal education but i teach myself alot.

True that i believe in the liberties ..very much.

So sxb we have at least the same interest -we want to see order in place-right?

Sure the bad elements must be constrained inorder that they may not disrupt order and thus cause injustice, but is it then not the duty of the government to protect the righteous, so they may go about their business and be productive ?

We must then buid a net as it were ,that can separate the good from the bad ,and i believe that this net is what is called a constituition.

Let us then ,you and me start ,since we are a sample of somalis and see if we can agree on a set of laws that will free all from all including nature.
