yesterday morning while i was chatting a friend outside the shop, i saw 2 somali sisters one 8 years old and the other 6 going alone to school. i know their family and asked them why their mom is not taking them to school like she always does? they said, she is sick. i took them to school and their teacher met us at the gate and asked me how i was related to them. i told her they were neighbors and their mom was sick, she told me, they missed 3 days from school and are worried for the welfare of the children. when i came home and told the family, the ladies in my family made food for the family and went to her house, that is when i got a call from my sister. the mom of the kids was severely bashed by the husband and was in urgent need of medical attention, but she was worried the cops will get involved. we persuaded her to seek medical attention and inform the cops cause from her injuries there is no way this dude cared about her or the kids. the mtf ran to his family in mpls and there is a warrant for his arrest. they are first cousins and all their relatives and sub sub clan relatives are siding with the dude cause the cops got involved. lamagodley dysfunctional families in america.

About three mouths ago i discovered that the little shanshi boy next door was getting sexually abused by his father and 4 older brothers...It made me sick and worst of all, i could't do anything to help this little 6 yr old boy. I found out that this was part of their culture and a right of passage for young shanshi boys..I tried to get help, i even called the cops, but they could't do anything since the little boy denied it. I later found out that the mother and father of the kid, were brother and sister, which was a normal practice in their community.
