Can your feet shrink?

I think mine are. All of a sudden over the past few weeks, my shoes are getting loose on my feet like I'm wearing the wrong size

Actually I have very narrow and small feet. I'm even embarassed to tell my shoe size wallahi for a person my high. Beside, its kinda werid losing weight only in your feet.

I'm in my early twenties aboowe, and my HGH is high. Its only my feet that feels like they are shrinking, the rest of me is JUST THE SAME.

I don't know how any part of your body can shrink unless you are in your 60's and over. Recently I met up with some peeps I haven't seen in about 3 years or so and they said 'you got shorter' and I was like how?

I think your shoe's got lose. Some shoes do get lose after awhile.

getting short means you are getting fat.

ismahaan is old and shrinking.

if you are low in HgH you can lose an inch or two.......or muscle mass or something like that which might give the appearance of shrinking.

and 30+ might be the age where physiological levels start to decline naturally, but there may be reasons where your HgH levels start to decline before due to some sort of hormone hyposecretion or a pituitary tumor or something.
