^Sh. Berberawi is good at Fiqh like Sh. Umal, but lately, he has been issuing fatwas regarding the state of Somalia and in his last one released last month, he basically re-affirms the same old warning to not rebel against a ruler, in this case to not rebel against "Ameer al-Muslimeen" A/Yusuf. It was funny listening to it, because he is very elquont and can mislead anyone who doesn't pay close attention.

This whole issue can be extremely confusing sometimes. For instance I heard one scholar was asked about Somalia a while back when the war was about to start in Baydhabo. He asked on one side is it Muslims and they said Yea. He said on the other side are there Muslims, and they said Yea (Factoring in the couple thousand useless TFG soldiers) along with Eithiopia. After that He said this is "Xarbul Fitan" (War of trial and tribulation) since there are Muslims on both sides. So if those "Muslims" (TFG) soldiers were fighting on one side and ICU on the other does that apply?


Ninyahow the amazing thing about the Berberawi and others camp is everybody I've seen there are either HG, Duduble or other Hawiye groups and I even spoke to one recently who had so many relatives killed but he firmly believes in this becasue He believes its the xaqq. Who is that Sheikh? I haven't heard that answer and he could be right, because life is all about trials. The conditions for an Ameer to be selected are:

-He must rule by Shari'ah.

-He must be elected by Ashoora (council) of pious and knowledgable Muslims.

-He must fight to defend the honor of Islam and preserve the rights of Muslims.

Does A/Yusuf fit under any of these required criterias? Don't bring Islam in to TFG equation, it doesn't fit. They broke all Islamic laws by being stooges of a Kaffir country and aiding a Kaffir army. They have transgressed according to the Qur'an and are possible apostates.
