I've finaly got a job on salary!

Today i've got the pleasure of being accepted for a job in which i have obtained a degree on last year.
I went for a job interview last week Wednesday about an hour away from West London at the council of a small city.

Cali_Gaab is offically a Town Planner.

I will be earning 24K a year now which is starting pay and due to rise in 2 years time to between 26K-28k.
I'm due to start on the 10th of November.

Any female who hasn't payed me a visit in the pm from the time that i joined this site untill today shall not even be considered!

Emperior, 24K in pounds is good money for somebody like me.
I've just turned 23 two months ago, live with my two brothers and don't pay any mortgage, they pay for it.
The only bills i pay are my phone bills, tv license and water bills.
It really isn't bad at all and yes i have worked before.

I left Uni last year but haven't obtained a full time job sinds then.
I've just been working part time and full time during the last two summers, that about it.
This is my first job based on Salary.

I doubt you're doing any better.

chilli, it depends on what you've studied really.
If you obtain a degree in a market that's over tapped and just too popular it will be harder for you to find a job in that particular field.

However, being very persistant in job hunting is another factor.

Cali, I know I don't think finding is going to be too much trouble, I got my under/post-grad sorted, so its all a matter of looking really. I honestly can't be bothered, I want take a year out..

24,000 a year is roughly around 12.00 an hour(that's not really a lot of money).
