8:35 PM
Stay away from fatty foods & drink plenty of water during suhuur. Eat fruits instead and complex grains.
I think if I follow the diet I put together for myself, I should be fine. The thirst will be a major pain, no doubt.

Kolombo, xageed degentahey?
I have soor iyo hilib for suxur..if not that regular soor with caano
Fruit I cant eat at suxur because they give me a sugar crash, I try to eat them for afur instead.

Atlanta. The sun sets much later here than the Northern states.
Are you talking about sareen or the regular soor? I eat sareen with caano sometimes for suhur, I think its a reer waqooyi dish.
Thing about fruits is they will give you a sugar boost yes, but they will also hydrate your body. 80% of fruits is water and you need all the water you can get during Ramadan. Same thing with veggies like cucumbers, squash, egg plants, etc.

Yeah walahi i remember them days, i would finish high school at about 3.30, then i would run home and by 3.35 my family were eating afur. This year will be super hard and knowing are luck i bet the sun will shine in london for the first time this summer lool. Serious working in an office sucks, fat bastards eating every 2 minutes and thirst will be a even bigger killer. I'm only working for 1 week and have the last 3 weeks of ramadan off inshallah kheyr.

8:30, I'm gonna die.
Re: When Do You Break You Fast Where U Are...?
It is about the same time here, 8:10pm. But as Ramadan continues, it will slightly change and breakfast comes earlier. Last day of Ramadan breakfast will be 7:15pm. This info was on the Ramadan Schedule I picked up from the mosque haddaayay.
