Do Gedobursi Have The Right To Separate From SOMALILAND?

I mean, hypothetically speaking, if the entire clan of the Gedobursi had a conference and they declared a State called Awdalland, which is going to be under Somalia, and ruled by Gedobursi, and by Gedobursi, WOULD IT BE REALISTIC, AND MORE IMPORTANTLY, WOULD SOMALILAND (ISAAQ) BE OKAY WITH THIS?

SO, HERE IS THE QUESTION:

Is it morally right, for Gedobursi to separate from Somaliland, if NO, then WHY, and if YES, how so?

Well, first let me correct you. You said, "Your", indicating that you're thinking that I'm a Gedobursi (Which is a probability) .

Second, the "border" demarcation point will be where ever the two clans "Gedobursi" and "Isaaq" agree upon, a reasonable agreement (of course)

My dearly beloved Daughter of Adam, I am merely interested in the affairs of Somaliland (at the moment). For 20 years, I have never heard of Gedobursi wanting to separate from Somaliland, thus upon hearing this news, it has created such questions that has baffled my chain of thoughts.

I didn't say, it has happened. I said, WHAT IF IT HAPPENED, where the politicians, elders, clan elders and so forth decided to separate from SOMALILAND. Would it be something that will be looked as an "okay" issue or will they be forced to be with SOMALILAND?
