Hey but I heard alshabaab made It haraam to study science or international languages , excluding Arabic , Marka maxay barteen? :lol: :lol:

Kismayo is the only place that reached self sufficiency and said "NO" to food aid in this trying times. The farmers' harvested surplus for the third year in a row.

Its pretty modern university and it's good to see that it's helping the people. I was suprised to see that kismayo hasn't even got the war-scars that hamar has.

I mean look at the kismayo skyline

Kismayo live on aljazeera and it appears like bosaso and other towns in puntland


It just doesnt seem to have the war-scars of hamar even though conflict has occured there but I think it's be low-intensity hence explains why it's not that scarred that much

Anyways good on the students on graduating, I hope to see them finish that garbaharray airport and university that will be excellent developments.

Good on the jubba community but walahi kismayo kind of reminded me of bosaso. Anyways strange really. Usually if ur in war zone area common sense dictates that your city will be war stricken also but that doesnt seem to be the case in kismayo. Infact it looks it's thriving.

I guess the only problem they have is political instability and not knowing who will manage the city in the near future but as far as war it doesn't appear to be an issue. Walahi I was expecting it to look like hamar
