All I need to do is buy bunch of solar panels and put it in Somalia with few guards with AK47 guarding it. I'll sell off the electricity cheap and I can use some of power to connect to desalination plants that could solve Somalia's famine.

Only problem is that our current solar panel energy is expensive and less useful than coal/oil. That will chagne in the next decade though.

Yeah expensive if you put those panels in up north. If you put them in Somalia, you could get your money back within 1 year.
