Ramadan weight loss
Question yall: Are you the type to lose extraordinary amounts of weight during this holly month, or the type to to gain weight
, or maybe the type to stay neutral? Personally, I am the type that loses weight quicker than you can say your name and it's hella difficult for me to gain a single pound. I have lost around 6-9lbs but not certain yet. I might pay a visit to the doc and tell them to manually slow down my metabolism or something because I need to be able to gain normally without eating every single minute of the day. Ladies, some of you are probably happy because ramadan is the only diet ya'll get on and thus welcome the extra lbs off.

Lost 4-5 pounds which I'll probably gain again a week after Ramadan.

Re: Ramadan weight loss
I didn't weigh myself this year, to be honest I'm dreading it because my skinny jeans already became loose, Last Ramadan was awful for me, I lost about 13 lbs.

Yeah it's not too hard, that's only If I let it happen. I'm usually active so unless I want to add some weight I keep myself in check.uglybrother wrote:in a week?AhmedBoqor wrote:Lost 4-5 pounds which I'll probably gain again a week after Ramadan.
