is cheating the law damages the deen?

its hard for me and my partner to pay the electricity bills, so is cheating the electricity company by slowing down the meter damages the deen though we have to pay for the guy who will do this job?

just do it at your own risk.
If you get a conviction of 10 yrs just blame yourself.

i never heard of conviction, in that case i have to pay them their money and more.
