You are certainly mistaken. The western parts of Xudun district(northern Sool) is settled by the Sacad Yoonis clan in particular the Reer Barkad and it isn't part of the Saraar region that was declared in 2008 but Sool. As far as the inhabitants are concerned there is a green line between them and Khatuumo, Khatuumo officials can only visit their parts of eastern Xudun district.

Timo_Case they go further east sxb at Dararweyne north east of Bohol located in Sanaag. Then you enter the Musa Ismaaciil territory of Goof and Durdur, all those areas need steady development though from northern Sool to the coast. It is also important to build the Maydh port it can serve as a economical hub for HY, perhap the wider Garhajis and Somaliland. If we all unite for the common good we can get alot of things done quicker than you can imagine, for example a Isaxaaq from Hargeysa or a Baha Ismaaciil from Hawd should feel just right at home and have the privilege to invest in any land of beesha they want.
