Sharif sakiin is the next President of Somalia

The state department isnt against his goals to become the President Even the Puntlanders will divide their votes they will make sure sakiin becomes President if they lose the top seat the compramise is if Sakin becomes the President the Prime Minister will be from Puntland most likely Abdiweli , Abdiweli is running to but he will not get the votes from the Hawiyes, The Hawiyes have two candidates the two abgaals sh sharif and the other guy dr baadiye. But the Hawiyes will not divide their votes.Even the absames will vote for Sakiin since he is not against their bid to have a clan state in Jubaland. since they dont have a candidate running. Despite the corruption of sharif hassan the west is not against him its just to bad Melez zanawi is sick Ethiopia could've played a huge role in his selection of President stupid zanawi weak ass zanawi is in a hospital and the Ethiopians are busy searching meles instead of being busy with the next President of Somalia. Ismaciiil cumar geele supports sakiin and they have a good deal the Somalia ambassador to Djbouti is digil and xururfle. Puntlanders will not support Sh sharif or any other leader since he is against qabiil federalism and sakin is not they right now have 12 seats plus 5 warsangali seats and 3 dhulbahante seats . Even the dirty woqoyi seats are all bought by sharif sakiin all 30 seats are in support of shariif sakiin.

Not sure about him being the next president of our neighbouring nation but i have seen reports that the international community favours a non Hawiye and non Darood president most likely a Digil iyo Mirifile or a Dir (Prof Samatar).

But ministers are stilled required to have a degree in but the first draft and the final draft constitution. Sharif Hassan is the only candidate without a degree, this change suits him fine.

This is the reason why sh sharif has walked out of the nairobi meeting yesterday, its was fight on the khatumo file between faroole and sh sharif who want them to pick their own mps on their own.

I don't think a degree should be a requirement for being a part of a government, be it President or minister. Government should be for the common man, not just for the elite.
