Depends what kinda job. If its something i am doing for monetary gain (getting a paycheck for it) i do it 100%. Because thats what u were hired to do. I don't cut corners or try to cheat, because thats Qiyaano and someone else would have to pick my slack. I wouldn't want another co worker leaving shit for me.

But if its shaqo guri or i am helping a friend or family member move or paint or whatever....i still try to do it, but kinda half assed or don't put all my efforts into it.

definitely "Qeeyrkisa buu ka hadhey". That shit hurts bruh and I have avoided it since I was very small but money is also one of my biggest motivators.

you can't do anything without money.

Anyway, for me it is the job satisfaction and fruition of the task/project I am working on, after the pay off course.
