As the title says, I am curious to know more about the history behind jiidka (or tuulo) Xaaji khayr. I used to be friends with a girl back in middle school and she had said that her father's father owned the town and was a well known businessman. I have heard of it but don't know much about and neither do any of my family members. I tried researching it but nothing came up. If anyone knows something (or anything) about this part of PL, i would be so grateful. Thank you in advance!!!
