Last november HSM on a visit to Wisil in Mudug and Nuur Dugle in Middle shabelle said he will visit Aadan Yabaal and Harardheere which was under Shabab that time.
Today he arrived in Aadan Yabaal to declare phase II of the liberation efforts.
