86 out of a hundred is an A, no plus.

Someone did a lot of work to put that together. What I notice is that the judging perspective is Islamic, and that not all cultures will agree with the criteria.

Still, sky blue has always been my favorite color. I agree with the rating. Smile

A+ is what Somalia deserves, but the true winner in my heart is definitely this particular flag even though it scored an average B.
